Intune Device Compliance Settings

The Intune Device Compliance will assist in reporting the device compliance state to the Microsoft Azure after migrating to Ivanti Neurons for MDM from Ivanti EPMM for iOS and Android devices.

Prerequisites:

  • Make sure that Intune Connection is available in Ivanti EPMM.
  • Make sure that Intune Connection is available in Ivanti Neurons for MDM.

Perform the following steps to include the Intune migration tasks as part of the overall migration from Ivanti EPMM to Ivanti Neurons for MDM:

Procedure:

  1. In the Ivanti EPMM, navigate to Settings > Microsoft Azure > Device Compliance to configure the Microsoft Azure application.
    For more information on how to connect to Intune in Ivanti EPMM, see the Azure Tenant section in the Ivanti EPMM Device Management Guide.
  2. In the Ivanti Neurons for MDM, navigate to Admin > Microsoft Entra ID > Device Compliance to configure and to make sure that the same integration Tenant ID is in use.
  3. The Tenant ID must be the same as the one used in Ivanti EPMM.

    While adding Ivanti as a "compliance partner", select the Ivanti EPMM related partner app, which is MobileIron Device Compliance On-Prem from the drop-down list.

  4. To enable the migration feature on Ivanti Neurons for MDM, contact Ivanti Neurons for MDM Professional Services representative to enable the Intune Migration feature.
