Disabling device history logs in the self-service user portal

When users log into the MobileIron self-service portal (SSP), they can view their activity log by default. If your organization prefers not to show users the View Activity page, an administrator can disable the feature from the Self-Service Portal page of the Core admin portal.

Procedure

1. Go to Settings > System Settings > General > Self-Service Portal page, and scroll to the bottom.
2. Deselect Show View Activity in SSP Portal by clicking it.
3. Click Save.
