Deploying apps
Follow these steps to silently push the apps to a device using one or more labels.
- In the Ivanti EPMM Admin Portal, go to Apps > App Catalog.
- From the Filters pane on the left, select Platform > Windows.or Windows Phone.
- Select one or more apps.
- Click Actions > Apply To Label and select one or more labels to apply.
- Click Apply.
- Apps are made available to the devices with the label. Depending on the how the label was configured, the app is silently installed (no action required by the device user) and in other cases it is available, but requires that the user install it.
Only the latest version of the app displays in the Apps@Work app on the device. When you remove the label, the app is no longer available to devices associated with that label. The app is not deleted from Ivanti EPMM or from the devices on which it is already installed.
