Lost Mode (For Android)
Administrators have the option to send a message to the device that has been lost. Once Lost Mode is enabled, the device displays the Lost Mode screen with a message, contact number, footnote, and Lost Mode Sound.
Currently, Lost Mode (for Android) is supported only for devices registered in Device Owner mode.
To enable Lost Mode in Ivanti EPMM admin portal:
Procedure

Go to Device & Users > Devices.

Select the check box for the device.

Select Actions > More Actions > Lost Mode.
The Lost Mode page opens.

On the Lost Mode page, use the following guidelines to specify the settings:

Enable Lost Mode: Select to enable lost mode in your device.

Disable Lost Mode: Select to disable lost mode in your device.

Message to display on lock screen: Enter the message as per your requirement; the same message displays on the Lost Mode screen.

Contact phone number to display on lock screen: Enter the contact number; the same number displays on the Lost Mode screen.

Footnote: Enter the short message; this message is to display in place of “Slide to Unlock.”

Play Lost Mode Sound: This is optional; select this checkbox to enable Play Lost Mode Sound. This helps you to find your device through sound like a ringtone, and it continues to play for 5 minutes until and unless you unlock the device.

Once the settings are done, select Send Request to send the Lost Mode command to the selected device.
