Troubleshooting configurations
If you are having trouble with your configuration, consider checking the following:

Look in the Audit logs ( see About Ivanti EPMM logs). Look for the managed app configuration installation request. Once there, note what the error statement is.

Depending upon the error, in order to proceed, you will need to consider:
- Is the app configuration correct? If not, can it be corrected?
- Is the "managed app" actually not managed?
- Is the managed app the wrong version?
- Is a substitution variable not being updated in the managed app configuration? What type of substitution variable was it? See Supported variables.
