App update schedule policy

The Administrators can schedule auto app updates (For public iOS managed apps) with the "App Update Schedule". The new option is added to the Policies & Configs > Policies > Add New section. The admins can now create, update, and remove the App Auto-Update policy and distribute to set of devices.

The App Auto-Update policy is currently supported on public iOS managed apps. Only a Single policy is applied to the device, with a priority for the policy.
