Adding AppConnect apps to the App Catalog
For the iOS apps, these tasks assume you use Apps@Work for iOS. However, various methods are available for device users to get apps on their iOS devices.
Adding Web@Work for iOS
Applicable derived credential providers and device platforms
If you are using Web@Work for iOS with derived credentials, add Web@Work to the App Catalog on Core.
Procedure

1.
|
In the Admin Portal, go to Apps > App Catalog. |
|
2.
|
Select iOS from the Platform list. |
The iOS Add App Wizard opens.
|
4.
|
Click iTunes to import Web@Work from the Apple App Store. |
|
5.
|
In Application Name, enter Web@Work. |
|
7.
|
Select the row showing MobileIron Web@Work. |
|
10.
|
Select Feature this App in the Apps@Work catalog. |
Apply the appropriate labels to the Web@Work for iOS app as follows:

1.
|
Select the MobileIron Web@Work for iOS app in the App Catalog. |
|
2.
|
Select Actions > Apply to Labels. |
|
3.
|
Select the labels associated with devices to which you want to send the Web@Work for iOS app. |

Adding Web@Work for Android
Applicable derived credential providers and device platforms
If you are using Web@Work for Android with derived credentials, add Web@Work to the App Catalog on Core.

Go to https://support.mobileiron.com/mi/android-browser/current/. Alternatively, go to https://help.mobileiron.com and select the Software tab. Accessing these sites requires MobileIron credentials. |

2.
|
Download the Web@Work for Android APK file. |
|
3.
|
In the Admin Portal, go to Apps > App Catalog. |
|
4.
|
Select Android from the Platform list. |
|
5.
|
Click Add+ to open the app wizard. |
|
7.
|
Click Browse to navigate to the Web@Work APK file. |
|
9.
|
Optionally add a description and select a category. |
|
11.
|
Optionally change Apps@Work catalog options, and the icon and screenshots. |
Apply the appropriate labels to Web@Work for Android as follows:

1.
|
Select Web@Work for Android in the App Catalog. |
|
2.
|
Select Actions > Apply to Labels. |
|
3.
|
Select the labels associated with devices to which you want to send the Web@Work for Android app. |
