Configuring Apps@Work for iOS

This task assumes you use Apps@Work for iOS. However, various methods are available for device users to get apps on their devices.

Setting authentication options
Set the Apps@Work authentication option to use Certificate Authentication, if it isn't already selected. EPMM 11.4.0.0 and supported newer versions have certificate authentication enabled by default. Earlier releases may still require that you disable basic authentication.
Procedure

In the Admin Portal, go to Apps > Apps@Work Settings.

Under iOS App Storefront Authentication

Select Certificate Authentication (iOS 5 and later).

Clear HTTP Basic Authentication.

Click Save.
Sending the Apps@Work web clip to devices
Ivanti EPMM does not send the Apps@Work web clip to devices until you assign labels to the web clip.
Procedure

In the Admin Portal, go to Policies & Configs > Configurations.

Select the WEBCLIP type setting called System - iOS Enterprise AppStore.

Select More Actions > Apply to Label.

Select the labels associated with devices to which you want to send the Apps@Work web clip.

Click Apply.

Click OK.
