Sharing multiple files from Ivanti Docs@Work to Ivanti Email+

Ivanti Docs@Work supports sharing multiple files located under My Files, Offline and Recent tabs as attachments in Ivanti Email+ app. This capability is extended to other App Connect-enabled applications including third-party email clients.

To attach and share files from My Files,

1. Go to My Files and click ... at the top of the screen. The list box is displayed

2. Click Manage. The My Files screen is switched to edit mode.

3. Select the files and click Share.
   The following options are displayed:

   • Share via Email+ - It allows sharing multiple files as attachments through Email+.

   • Share via other apps - It allows sharing multiple files as attachments through third party apps.
     

4. Click Share via Email+. The Email+ Attachment Package is created.
   Note: The attachment type is enc_epap (Email Plus Application Package ) format which can be decoded by Email+.
   It contains all the selected files and converts it into a compressed file.

5. Select Email+ from list of applications displayed. The selected files shows as attachments in a new message.

The Recent and Offline tabs will follow the above process for sharing single or multiple file attachments. The Starred tab do not support file sharing.

The Remote sites do not support multi-file sharing.

This feature will work only when Open In is configured as All Apps in Appconnect policy
