AAD device compliance

• Periodic local notification is sent to the device for AAD registration: This is an enhancement to an existing feature where users had to manually register to AAD for device compliance reporting in the in-app settings. In this feature enhancement, users now receive a periodic local notification on the device to register to AAD. When users tap on the notification or open the app from the home screen, Go launches the AAD setup screen. Users will continue to view the AAD setup screen unless the registration to AAD is complete.
