Known issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated known issues.

  • 1463863: Ivanti Go for iOS erroneously duplicates a threat notification.

  • AIOS-7124: The network threat detection and Sinkhole actions on devices are enforced by registering them with the server. MTD activation configurations are created, along with MTD anti-phishing and Local actions configurations with Sinkhole enabled for Unsecured network threats. These configurations are then pushed to the device. However, considering these efforts, network threat detection intermittently fails to completely block network access.

  • AIOS-6642: The application name should be "Ivanti Go" on the Apple App Store, however the application name erroneously remains visible and searchable as "MobileIron Go."

  • AIOS-5700: The native AppCatalog feature is not supported on the AtWork client.

  • AIOS-5674: When you push the App Catalog for Native Client configuration in MAM-Only mode, the Apps@Work native app catalog does not appear on the client device.

  • AIOS-5621: If a device is non-compliant with a specific policy, the Apps@Work tab does not display the corresponding message.

  • AIOS-5594: If you migrate a device from Core to Cloud, the Apps@Work tab is not visible.

  • AIOS-5482: Azure Active Directory does not prompt to register again when Report Compliance Status is toggled On or Off and Partner Device Compliance is changed from No Devices to All Device on Cloud sever.
