Mobile Threat Defense features, enhancements, and issues for Core 11.2.0.0

Each version of the Mobile Threat Defense Solution guide contains all MTD features that are currently fully tested and available for use on both server and client environments. iOS known issues

  • IOS-16115: There is an issue with web-registered (iReg) iOS devices that are retired and then reregistered after changes have been made to the Content Blocker ruleset. Content Blocker is unable to reload, and both Content Blocker and Anti-phishing status are "unknown."

Workaround: In Safari Preferences > app permissions, find Mobile@Work Content Blocker. Disable the app, then re-enable. This resets Content Blocker.

MTD features and enhancements for Android devices

There are no features, issues, and enhancements available for Android devices in this release.

MTD documentation errata

  • TPUBS-2499: In the Core 11.0.0.0 MTD section Adding Core as your MDM server in zConsole, there was a note explaining that the user must agree to conditions before Mobile@Work can be downloaded. This is no longer true in most cases, and has been removed.
