Checking Mobile Threat Defense status
To confirm MTD status from the Cloud admin portal for a particular device, use one of the following options:
Checking individual devices
Procedure
- Select Devices > Devices, and click the carat (^) next to the relevant device. The Device Details tab displays.

Scroll until you see Mobile Threat Defense Status field and look at the value (see table below.)

Connection Error
Connection error. The user device is not protected.

License Expired

License key error. The user device is not protected.

License Limit Exceeded
Maximum license count has been reached. The user device is not protected.

License Not Activated
MTD license key to zConsole failed. The user device is not protected.

Logged Out
User device is not protected due to a logout.

Login Cancelled
(Android only)
Too many logins. The user device is not protected.

The MTD activation configuration is not assigned to the device, or MTD has not been activated on the device

Pending
MTD license key has been sent, awaiting confirmation from zConsole.

User device – This value has no equivalent on the client app.
Protected
MTD license activation successful. User device is protected.

Simulator Error
Internal error.
