Known issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there are no associated known issues.

  • ACP-12914: MTD Anti-Phishing is supported only on N-3 from the latest Android version.
  • ACP-12921: Location for Android devices is displayed in the Ivanti Neurons for MTD Mobile Endpoint Security (MES) Console even though collecting the device location is disabled in the MDM server.
  • ACP-13076: Devices are not protected from phishing attacks when the following are configured on device:
    • Third-party VPNs
    • Private DNS
    • Wi-Fi Proxy

  • AIOS-6386: Upon on disabling Content Protection on the Ivanti Neurons for MDM server, the Lookout Secure DNS profile still displays in iOS devices > Settings.

  • AIOS-6360: Device location is displayed in the Ivanti Neurons for MTD Mobile Endpoint Security (MES) Console even though collecting the device location is disabled in the MDM server.
  • AIOS-6321: When MTD is deactivated on the device, the Secure DNS name is changed from "Ivanti MTD Secure DNS" to "Lookout Secure DNS."
  • AIOS-6314: Anti-Phishing is not supported on upgraded clients. In order to use the Anti-Phishing capabilities, first upgrade the client to the version that supports Anti-Phishing, and then activate Ivanti Neurons for MTD on the device.
  • AIOS-6220: MTD Anti-Phishing is supported only on N-2 from the latest iOS version.

  • AIOS-6209: Devices are not protected from phishing attacks when the following are configured on the devices:

    • Third-party VPNs
    • Third-party DNS

  • AIOS-6207: The Phishing Notification Title and content details are not showing for Block/Deny List URLs.
