Known issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated known issues.

  • 1412580: For Win 11 24H2 devices:

    • In kiosk config - Fetch apps from device fails with System.TypeInitializationException exception.

      Workaround - Admin can enter the app details and create the kiosk config.

    • Bloatware configuration also fails with the same exception.

  • 1388999: Software Update Enforcement config is not accepting "00" seconds.

    Workaround - Select any value other than "00" seconds.

  • 1386349: Under the EnergySaver configuration template, the platform options are incorrectly shown as iOS and Windows; while the supported platforms are macOS and Windows.

  • 1375527: For Multi-Secure Sign-in:

    • During initial sign-in, the Sign-in with certificate option is active. When the app / phone is restarted and the app is opened, the issue does not exist.

    • When an incorrect user id / password is entered, user id field is grayed out. To login again, click Reload or relaunch the app.

    • In some cases, when a user id is entered without clicking sign-in button, the "Invalid credentials" warning is displayed. This issue is intermittent. User can still proceed and enter the correct password and sign-in.

  • 1364409: DDM status for macOS and iOS User Enrolled devices is not processed. However, the status gets updated as part of device check-in.

  • AW-77887: The user report shows invalid device count when Users have Static Groups assigned.

  • AW-78008: Android 14 device registrations or check-ins fail if the device reports the locale with more than 24 characters. Android 14 has the provision for end users to change the regional preferences which results in device locale > 24 characters.   • AW-77961: ChromeOS Blueprint Configuration creation is failing with kafka RecordTooLarge exception.

  • AW-77887: User report shows invalid device count when Users have Static Groups assigned.

  • AW-77823: Editing the default Terms of Service Setting in User > User Settings does not work.

    Workaround - Create new Terms of Service Setting.

  • AW-77763: Blank value is displayed for the OS rule option in the custom policy drop-down list.

  • AW-77697: Apps are not installed in DA mode, this happens when unsupported apps are pushed as the first app.

  • AW-77693: Translation for the option 'Total installed' is remains pending when we try to export device CSV.

  • AW-77623: Search Filters get reset when the 'Device Group Name' filter is selected.

  • AW-77579: Providing an incorrect bundle ID for the device csv export option does not return suitable error messages.

  • AW-77092: Bulk enrollment of Android Enterprise devices intermittently fails if the Work Profile config is distributed to device groups that depend on custom attributes.

  • AW-77090: If a device is in the Retire sent / Wipe sent state, Retire / Wipe options are enabled in UI and show an error when clicked for Device Admin (DA) and Work Profile on Company-owned devices.
