Known issues

1797941: On Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a devices with Android 12, device attributes are not preserved.

1793127: SoftwareUpdateSetting - Notification remains ON even though the value is set to False in the Configuration.

1790646: Audit Trail uploads may be delayed because of Timeout issue.

1786917: Slowness is observed when loading device groups using the API endpoint api/v1/policy/<policyID>/distribution.

1785482: /api/v1/device/partitions keeps getting triggered during the Allowed Apps Policy creation.

1782256: Uploading .exe files is not working for some Windows applications.

1782526: In the App Inventory section, the reported number of managed devices for certain apps may be inaccurate. The displayed count does not always reflect the actual number of devices.

1781568: Bulk Enrollment: Exporting or downloading the CSV file currently limits the device count to 50 entries.

1780770: The device details still list the device as part of the group after the custom attribute is removed, even though the device group shows no assigned devices.

1779028: Error occurs when attempting to view installed apps under Dashboard → Apps.

1778385: The SCEP Identity Certificate payload (Type: Identity Certificate SCEP), when deployed from Ivanti Neurons for MDM to the macOS device, does not preserve all configuration parameters specified in the Ivanti Neurons for MDM profile.

1770545: When an Allowed Apps policy is configured using a Blacklist, editing and saving the policy causes the configuration to incorrectly switch from Create a Blacklist to Create a Whitelist. During this transition, the previously saved app list is removed.

1770537: When using an Allowed Apps policy, selecting an app list and then editing the policy to add an additional app list causes the original selection to be removed, leaving only the newly added app list.

1770536: When editing and saving a device group whose rule references another device group (for example, “Device group is equal to 'test1'”), the reference is not preserved. After saving, the rule is replaced with the resolved filter criteria (such as “Serial Number is equal to '1'”) instead of retaining the original dynamic device group reference.

1764288: Policy compliance notification test email with placeholders( ${policyMessageTitle} as Subject and ${policyMessageContent} as Content.

1591807: If admin enters out of range values in Deferral fields, the software update settings configuration will not be pushed to the device.

1758368: When IDP is enabled and the 'Admin Portal Auth Setting' is set to 'Password and PIN', the Multi-user Secure Web Clip login will prompt for a password instead of redirecting to the IDP portal.

1754798: The Software Update setting is included in the DDM configuration and assigned to a device. After the device checks in with the server, the setting should change from "Pending Install" to "Installed."

1753332: When the device registration is set to Enabled with Password and PIN, the DEP registration fails with SAML IDP.

1753053: Due to race conditions in the code, Ivanti Neurons for MDM is triggering false Ivanti Sentry down alerts.

1740902: Apps do not install when enrolled in DEP before sending the DeviceConfigured command in Ivanti Neurons for MDM, regardless of whether all required apps install or not.

1739685: When Ivanti Neurons for MDM has zero eligible devices, the API returns a HTTP 500 error.

1735804: The next page option appears in Ivanti Neurons for MDM once enough updates are populated from Microsoft Windows.

1732021: The SOFTWARE_UPDATE_LATEST_VERSION is sent as part of the DDM configuration. Currently, if the device already has the latest version, we will skip sending the configuration, so it stays in "Pending Install." The administrator must send the configuration to the device even if it has the latest version.

Workaround The administrator must send the configuration, and once they get a response from the device, the status will change from "Pending Install" to "Installed."

1729620: The latest Zebra TC52AX updates are missing from Ivanti Neurons for MDM.

1640902: Incorrect date format in Software Update Enforcement configuration for US region.

1609880: The iOS software enforcement update configuration remains in a 'Pending Install' state when applied to device groups that are created using rules.
