Known issues

1973834: DDM App Management Issues: 

• App installation may fail because the App Store sign-in prompt is not displayed.

• DDM-managed apps may be unintentionally removed if the MDM server encounters an exception during device check-in.

• Public app installation may fail for devices signed in with certain Apple IDs.

• Installing DDM apps using an appStoreID may fail.

• A server-side error associated with a single app may result in all managed apps being removed.

1971270: Export report requests that become stuck in QUEUED or IN_PROGRESS status do not automatically time out. These stale requests can indefinitely block new exports for the same report type, leaving the export action disabled until the request is manually cleared by an administrator.

1970519: Apps may be incorrectly shown as UNINSTALLED when the installed version differs from the version recorded in the server catalog. This can trigger repeated installation attempts even though the app is already installed.

1963298: On the App Distribution Status > Devices page, the device list may appear in an incorrect order even after sorting by supported columns in ascending or descending order.

1923512: When searching for Windows 10 devices using Advanced Search, results may also include devices that have been upgraded to Windows 11. This may affect device targeting, policy assignments, and compliance reporting accuracy.

1913377: VPP apps cannot be installed and launched from the Listing screen even when the device is not enrolled in VPP.

1883929: Ivanti Neurons for MDM repeatedly sends InstallApplication commands for public (non-VPP) App Store apps already installed on iOS/macOS devices but not managed by MDM.

1880300: When viewing a Windows device name under Overview > Device Details tab, only first 15 characters are displayed.

1879526: LDAP Failed entries are getting deleted when a new ldap sync is triggered.

1878843: SAML users unable to log in across multiple tabs.

1878472: Admin with Spanish (es) browser cannot create a Space.

1870591: On devices registered to an IdP user, the Show My Devices option in the iOS Go client app returns an error instead of displaying the device list.

1865285: For some apps in the App Catalog, Utilities category is not mapped properly.

1785482: /api/v1/device/partitions keeps getting triggered during the Allowed Apps Policy creation.

1780770: The device details still list the device as part of the group after the custom attribute is removed, even though the device group shows no assigned devices.

1739685: When Ivanti Neurons for MDM has zero eligible devices, the API returns a HTTP 500 error.

1732033: During the Multi-User Secure Sign-in on iOS devices, local users are prompted to enter their password multiple times even with correct password.
