1883929: Ivanti Neurons for MDM repeatedly sends InstallApplication commands for public (non-VPP) App Store apps already installed on iOS/macOS devices but not managed by MDM.

1739685: When Ivanti Neurons for MDM has zero eligible devices, the API returns a HTTP 500 error.

1732033: During the Multi-User Secure Sign-in on iOS devices, local users are prompted to enter their password multiple times even with correct password.

1864670: When a space admin has only the App & Content Management role, apps added directly within the space display an Inherited info message on the App Details page, even though the apps are not inherited, and cannot be edited or deleted as expected.

1864054: When navigating from the App Inventory page to the list of devices that have an app installed, sorting the resulting Devices list by Client Last Check-In causes an error.

1863167: The Extensible Single Sign-On configuration for macOS allows multiple TokenToUserMapping entries, even though Apple requires a single mapping dictionary, which causes configuration errors.

1863157: On macOS, Extensible Single Sign-On configuration fails when the tokenToUserMapping key and value are configured incorrectly.

1861424: In Quarantine actions, the Select Designated Configurations list displays only the first 50 configurations and does not allow scrolling to view additional items for Out of Contact, Data Protection, and MI Client Out of Contact policies.

1858632: The Retire Pending device cleanup task fails when configured to run on a scheduled basis and includes approximately 500 devices, preventing the automated cleanup from completing successfully.

1857008: The Create App Auto Update Configuration is applicable only for in-house iOS and Android apps, macOS apps in .pkg or .mip format, and Windows apps. However, the UI currently displays different app categories.

1852994: On the Devices page, Apple TV devices do not display the device type correctly, resulting in behavior that is inconsistent with other Apple devices, even though the response includes the device type.

1838895: When a local user is synced from LDAP and converted to an LDAP user, both the original local credentials and the LDAP credentials allow successful sign-in to Ivanti Neurons for MDM, instead of enforcing a single valid authentication method.

1838530: Vendor issue - When the Software Update Enforcement policy is applied to a device that is already running the latest OS version, the device reports that the latest update cannot be installed each time it reboots. These messages are logged in the device logs tab on the Device Details page. This behavior has no impact on the device.

1837564: When deleting multiple rule groups that are used in nested groups, the system updates only one rule group, while the remaining deleted rule groups are not updated.

1832608: Wrong Space is getting selected when the VPP token is viewed.

1832288: Setup wizard restricting selection of 4 digit or 6 digit passcode.

1829379: When an iOS device is already on the latest available version, applying the Software Update Enforcement configuration with the latest OS causes the Software Update Status in the device logs to display a failure message instead of indicating that the device is already up to date.

1829348: When creating a Software Update Enforcement configuration with Latest OS, the default update time displayed during setup is not saved, even though admins expect the displayed time to be applied to the configuration.

1827247: Space Admins unable to add app due to Category Permission Error with pre-populated “Productivity” and Other Categories.

1812215: Location history is not deleted as per the GDPR profile for the Dynamic user groups.

1808261: The VPP or iTunes sync flow does not handle multi‑platform apps correctly, which can result in incorrect VPP auto import behavior.

1801080: On the User Groups page, static user groups do not display the correct count of associated devices.

1797403: When exporting the App Inventory with Bundle ID selected, the CSV file contains duplicate entries for some applications.
