Known issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated known issues.

  • 1698482: Location data missing in the Device Details pane on ServiceNow.

  • 1697815: SAML SSO will not work for Generic IdType when 'Include User Name Option' is selected.

  • 1696326: iOS apps may show an app's language, description, and information different from the browser language.

  • 1687057: The Kiosk configuration, when created using either of the following methods ('Fetch List of Applications from Windows Device' or 'Select an Existing Layout from Start Menu Configuration') and pushed to Windows 11 24H2/25H2, does not work.

  • 1677188: Some device fields like "activationLockEnabled", "Groups", etc. are missing from the device API response.

  • 1668291: Policy status on associated device changing to pending install state after modifying the kiosk configuration.

  • 1665338: An error dialog is displayed when the Scripts via Declarative Management configuration is edited and saved.

  • 1640902: Ivanti Neurons for MDM currently displays incorrect date format in the Software Update Enforcement configuration for the USA region users.

  • 1620604: The notifications for VPP Apps should generate only during import and in case of a new release. Instead, it is generating every hour.

  • 1615539: The Windows app search is failing for users with Apps & Content Management role.

  • 1591807: The Software Update Settings will not push to the devices, if the administrator enters out of range values in the Deferral field.

  • 1691281: In App Inventory, for In-House apps, the filtering of devices from installed column counts are incorrect.

  • 1642367: For some iOS devices, roaming policy is not enforced even though the roaming state is synced correctly to the device.

  • 1640902: For users in the US time zone, date format in Software Update Enforcement configuration is not displayed as per the region.

  • 1620604: VPP App Notifications are getting generated every hour.

  • 1619219: When the Content category is used only in custom spaces, then that category will not be available for further content items being created.

  • 1615539: The Windows app search fails for the user, even after assigning the Apps & Content Management role to the user.

  • 1588955: The System Update configuration for Android devices accepts the freeze period of 91 days but fails to install when you push the update to the device. The workaround is to select up to 90 days.

  • 1571257: The Apps report does not reflect the assigned custom attributes in report definition details after using the advanced filter to generate the report.

  • 1502142: The iOS notification configuration status shows as Pending in the Configuration Details page.
