iOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS, and tvOS features

  • Lockdown Mode Status (iOS 27.0+, macOS 27.0+): Added the Security Lockdown Mode field to provide visibility into device Lockdown Mode status and support filtering devices based on whether Lockdown Mode is enabled or disabled.   • Updates to Siri Settings configurations (iOS, macOS, tvOS, and visionOS 27.0+): Added support for new Siri settings, including Allow Siri AI, and Force Reduce Sensitive Content. For more information, see Preview features available in Sandbox tenants.

  • Updates to Intelligence Settings configuration (iOS, macOS, and visionOS 27.0+): Added support for Calendar Intelligence and Allow Natural Language Editing settings in the Intelligence Settings configuration. For more information, see Preview features available in Sandbox tenants.

  • Apple Enhanced Logging (iOS 27.0+, macOS 27.0+, tvOS 27.0+): Added support for Apple Enhanced Logging, allowing administrators to initiate enhanced diagnostic log collection on supported Apple devices using an AppleCare-provided token and monitor logging session status from the Device Details page.   • Safari Privacy Settings (iOS 27.0+ and macOS 27.0+): Added support for Safari Privacy Settings in the Safari Extension and Settings configuration, allowing administrators to configure default camera and microphone permissions for specific websites using Apple Declarative Device Management (DDM).   • App Privacy Defaults support: Added support for App Privacy Defaults on macOS 27.0+ supervised devices. For more information, see Preview features available in Sandbox tenants.

iOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS, and tvOS features

  • Added new Device Details fields for Apple devices: Added Multi-User Mode, MDM Enrollment Type, and MDM Return to Service fields to provide greater visibility into the Apple Device Management states. For more information, see Preview features available in Sandbox tenants.

  • Support for DDM Device System Health Status: Added support for DDM Device System Health Status on the Device Details page, providing visibility into the overall system health reported by supervised devices through Declarative Device Management (DDM).   • New Skip Keys for Device Enrollment Profiles: Added support for Skip Liquid Glass Pane and Skip Accessibility Appearance Pane skip keys when creating Device Enrollment profiles. For more information, see Preview features available in Sandbox tenants.

  • Support for App Privacy Defaults Configuration: Administrators can now configure App Privacy Defaults for one or more apps using Apple Declarative Device Management (DDM). This feature allows administrators to define default privacy permissions for supported components such as Camera, Microphone, Location, Bluetooth, and Local Network access (iOS 27.0+, and iPadOS 27.0+ supervised devices).
