Unified Navigation

Neurons Unified Navigation is introduced to allow Neurons users to have a consistent and streamlined experience across Ivanti Neurons for MDM, Neurons for Endpoint Management, and Neurons for IT Service Management applications.

The new top navigation now enables you to access different sections from the upper-right corner using the following icons:

	Notifications: Click to view list of important events or messages.
	Global Announcements: Click to view list of What's New announcements that were made available recently.
	Help: Click to view the Ivanti Neurons for MDM documentation.
	Neurons App Switcher: Click to view the apps that you can access from here. Use the Neurons App Switcher to navigate to Neurons for Endpoint Management or Neurons for IT Service Management. The Neurons App Switcher lets you switch between Ivanti Neurons for MDM, Neurons for Endpoint Management, and Neurons for IT Service Management if you have the required access to these applications. If you do not have access to Neurons for Endpoint Management or Neurons for IT Service Management, you will see the Ivanti Neurons for MDM option only.
	Account: Click to view your account details. This section provides the following options: Upgrade Support Portal Change Password Sign Out

Global Branding

Ivanti Neurons branding is updated to enhance the user experience across Ivanti Neurons for MDM, Neurons for Endpoint Management, and Neurons for IT Service Management. You can customize the logo, change the color, and add different icons using the Branding section.

Prerequisite to access the Global Branding setting:

In addition to Ivanti Neurons for MDM, you must have access to Neurons for Endpoint Management to use this setting.

By default, this setting is OFF, but can be enabled on request for tenants configured with Neurons for Endpoint Management.

To access the Branding setting, go to Global Settings > Branding.

Reset to Default – Use this option to reset the changed settings to default.
