External Intelligence Settings

Use the External Intelligence Settings to configure External Intelligence integrations on supervised devices. This configuration helps administrators apply consistent, policy-based settings that control how devices connect and use supported external intelligence services.

Applicable to:

  • iOS 26.4+ Supervised through the most recently released version as supported by Ivanti Neurons for MDM.

  • macOS 26.4+ Supervised through the most recently released version as supported by Ivanti Neurons for MDM.

  • visionOS 26.4+ Supervised through the most recently released version as supported by Ivanti Neurons for MDM.

Procedure

  1. Go to Configurations > +Add.
  2. Search and select the External Intelligence Settings configuration.

  3. Configure the External Intelligence Settings configuration as per the following table:

    Name

    Enter a name that identifies this configuration.

    Description

    Enter a description that clarifies the purpose of this configuration.

    Allow External Intelligence Integrations

    Select the checkbox to enable External Intelligence Integrations.

    Toggle the Push to Device button to enable External Intelligence Integrations on supervised devices.

    Allow External Intelligence Integrations Sign In

    Select the checkbox to enable External Intelligence Integrations Sign In.

    Toggle the Push to Device button to enable External Intelligence Integrations Sign In on supervised devices.

    Allowed External Intelligence Workspace IDs

    Enter the Workspace IDs to enable External Intelligence.

    Toggle the Push to Device button to enable External Intelligence for the entered Workspace ID on supervised devices.
  4. Click Next to configure the distribution settings.
  5. Select one of the distribution options to set up the External Intelligence Settings configuration. For more information about configuring distribution options, see Working with Configurations.
  6. Click Done.
