The Ideas Portal

The Ideas Portal is the place to add your enhancement and new feature suggestions for Core products.

To access the Ideas Portal, you must have an account with Core Support, and must also have the credentials to access that account. For more information, contact your Ivanti representative.

To submit an enhancement or new feature idea to the Ideas Portal:

Procedure 

  1. From the Admin Portal, click the user icon at the top of the Admin Portal to open the Core information menu.
  2. Click Submit an Idea to be redirected to the Core support site.
  3. Select the Ideas tab.

    If you do not have an Ideas tab, click the plus sign at the end of the displayed tabs. Select Ideas from the All Tabs list to access the Ideas tab.

  4. Fill in the form with the information for your enhancement or new feature idea.
  5. Click Submit Idea.
