Known issues

• 1214894: If the Smart Send option is set to On for Delegated or Shared mailboxes and the user replies to an email with security classification, then the Body, Header, and Footer are not getting added to the email body.
• 1213966: After installing the Email+ app, if the user sets the Sync Period setting to All and sends an email when Email+ is syncing emails. There will be delay in sending that email while syncing large mailbox, the mail will be sent only after synchronization of all the emails is completed.

• 1437273: For Email+ 4.12.0 version, in case the interval-based notifications are configured without a configured EWS server, the users might be prompted to enter a password while using the application. Workaround: Add the KVP ews_min_allowed_auth_mode : modern_auth to the app config.

• 1214768: The profile photo of the contact from server is not getting displayed.

• MIPIM-11081: In some older ARM64 devices, when the Email+ app is upgraded to 4.10.1 version the application prompts for authentication and then re-syncs.​

• MIPIM-11074: The phishing reports are sent for Delegated Mailboxes as per the permission level, see below:
  • Reviewer: The Phishing Report option is not displayed.
  • Author: The Phishing Report option is available for the emails that Author has sent to self.
  • Editor: The Phishing Report option is available for all email .

  This feature is not working as expected in Email+4.9.0 release.

• MIPIM-11042: The Email+ 4.9.0 app is opening Primary mailbox instead of Delegated Mailbox when opening group notification. This happens if primary mailbox and at least one Delegated Mailbox is added.
• MIPIM-10976: When you add a Custom Attribute variable like ${userFirstName} ${userLastName} as a value to iOS Email+ KVP email_default_signature in iOS Email+ config , the expected result is these variables should get replaced with the actual values and they should be sent to the iOS devices as part of iOS Email+ Configuration. But these variables are not getting replaced with actual values instead the same variables are being sent to the iOS devices. As a result , these variables are shown to the end user in the signature field when Email+ is registered with Ivanti Neurons for MDM.

• MIPIM-10855: Private emails are shown in delegated Mailboxes even if the Owner does not give Private email access to the Delegated User.
• MIPIM-10783: After upgrading to iOS 17, the Email+ app is not updating the contact information when the user updates Contact.
• MIPIM-10776: Compose button which is disabled for Reviewer level Delegated Mailbox should be displayed in Grey Color but is displayed in Blue Color.
• MIPIM-10724: On iPhone if the Delegated Mailbox access is revoked while user is accessing email of Delegated Mailbox then user should be navigated to Mailboxes screen which is not happening.
• MIPIM-10721: When a new subfolder is added to delegated mailbox, the subfolder is not displayed immediately.
• MIPIM-10634: The mails from delegated mailbox are not cleared even after the delegated mailbox is removed.

• MIPIM-10750: On iPad, with the New Mail List if a user deletes an email by navigating from Folders screen to email view screen then the email does not get deleted and body of the email shows as "Verifying".
• MIPIM-10619: The swipe actions are getting closed on receiving a new mail, even when the swipe actions are enabled for an email.

• MIPIM-10541: When a user performs any swipe action such as Move to Folder, Flag, or Delete in the mail list view, the selected swipe action is applied to the new mail rather than the selected mail.

  In the Email+ 4.7.2 app, the modern_mail_list value is disabled by default. If the modern_mail_list value is enabled you will see the above mentioned issue.

• MIPIM-10402: After upgrading to Email+ 4.7.0, the Generic Notifications are displayed instead of Detailed Notifications.
• MIPIM-10381:In case of any errors returned from AppConnect, users might see error messages having MobileIron instead of Ivanti.
• MIPIM-10374: When Email+ is configured with "always_fetch_mime = true" key-value pair, then Email+ is not able to read text email with embedded link. When this KVP is removed then the email is readable.
• MIPIM-10333: During email exchanges between Email+ app and Microsoft Outlook the mail thread references in the extracted mail in the Outlook app are displayed as comma separated strings instead of line breaks.
• MIPIM-10278: When replying to a mail which consists of a logo in the signature displays just an empty placeholder instead of the logo.
• MIPIM-9736: Attaching documents from the Recent folder of Docs@Work app might get corrupted.​

• MIPIM-10276: Calendar delegation feature might not get disabled after removing the calendar_delegation flag from enabled_features and ews_min_allowed_auth_mode key-value pair at the same time.

Workaround: Only remove calendar_delegation flag to disable this feature. After calendar delegation is disabled, ews_min_allowed_auth_mode key-value pair can be removed at a later time.

• MIPIM-9899: In some cases, when there are a lot of updates from calendar, the Email+ app might take longer to load mails in the viewer.

• MIPIM-9759, SET-22936: The spinner in the status bar might keep spinning all the time when the Email+ app is opened in the foreground. It might incorrectly indicate about the current network activity but there is no functional impact on the users.
• MIPIM-9747: In the calendar search view, event occurrence displays an incorrect time on daylight savings times day. The time is displayed incorrectly not just on the mentioned day but exactly between 3 AM and 4 AM when the time is being switched to DST (1 hour once per year). If the event time is 3 AM - 4 AM, it will be shown as 3 AM- 3 AM.
• MIPIM-9728: In some cases, the attachments might not get loaded for events from delegated calendars.

  Workaround: Try again later or use OWA.

• MIPIM-9682: The Spoken_Content feature in some cases is not reading the complete email content in the Email+ app, and the email subject is read twice.
• MIPIM-9509, SET-22675: In some cases the images in the email signature might get swapped between the senders and receivers emails when both users have an image in a signature.

• MIPIM-9429: Task that is created in the Email+ app with special symbols in the Subject field, does not sync with the server.
• MIPIM-9362: The auto-generated mails from SharePoint site is not rendered correctly on the Email+ app. The Action Required buttons are also not available to provide access. Workaround: Use the Microsoft Outlook desktop client or Office 365 web app.

• MIPIM-9233: If a draft is created in Email+, synced with Outlook, and then edited and saved again in Outlook, angular brackets get appended (only when the recipient field is not an SMTP address) to the recipient field and to the recipient contact each time the draft is edited.
• MIPIM-9232: On upgrading from 3.18.0 or earlier versions to 4.1.0, the Email+ app might reset on some devices. The Email+ app default screen is displayed with no items. Users will be required to re-enroll the app. Any items in local draft folder will be lost.
• MIPIM-9179: When the Calendar view is switched from Month to Day, the Email+ calendar day view might display previous days event details.
• MIPIM-8966: In some cases, emails with attachments might get stuck in Outbox folder.

  Workaround: Re-launching the Email+ app might resolve the issue.
