Resolved issues
This release includes the following resolved issues:
-
MACAGENT-2654: There was an issue with the Check-in Agent not working when the operating system (OS) was upgraded to macOS 11.4. This issue is fixed. The Check-in Agent now works as expected.
-
MACAGENT-2659: For Core customers with macOS devices that are managed for the past two years or more, the Mobile@Work for macOS client certificate was not renewed automatically with Core. When the mutual client authorization certificate expired, Core retired the device from the backend.
Starting with Mobile@Work for macOS 1.78 release, the device certificates that secure the communication between the Mobile@Work for macOS client and Core will be renewed 30 days prior to the expiry date. This 30 day period is known as the re-enrollment period.
NOTE: If the certificate is not renewed in 30 days from the date of expiry, the client retires. This 30 day period is known as the grace period.
