New features and enhancements summary

This section provides summaries of new features and enhancements available in this release of Mobile@Work for macOS. References to documentation describing these features and enhancements are also provided, when available. For new features and enhancements that are provided in previous releases, see the release notes for those releases. Documentation for previous releases are available in the Ivanti Product Documentation portal under the heading Cloud or Core.

This release includes the following new enhancements:

• Packager file extension is now .pkg: Ivanti has updated the MobileIronPackager file extension from .zip to .pkg to support the macOS 12.0 beta version. The Installer application can now install the packager file.

• Upload brand details: The administrator can now upload the following brand details for Apps@Work from the Cloud Admin console:

  • App Icon

  • App Name

  • Text Color
