User Workflow

A WHFB user needs to join Azure AD domain to connect to ICS.

  1. Log in with the WHFB user name.

  1. In the WHFB registration page that is displayed, enter the necessary details.

  2. Log in using the WHFB credentials that was set during the WHFB registration.

  3. If not already installed, install ISAC Client from the web page.

  4. Connect to the WHFB realm.

  • This time, authentication relies on Windows Hello credentials and Azure AD SSO.

  • The user will not be prompted for any username or password.
