Scope of This Release

This document describes the features and capabilities of the REST API for the Pulse Secure Virtual Traffic Manager release. The REST API version referred to in this document is 8.3.

The API performs basic type checking, although Ivanti recommends that your client applications provide suitable validation to ensure the suitability of the configuration data being provided to the Traffic Manager.

All defined users in the system have the ability to authenticate a connection through the Traffic Manager REST API. However, you cannot modify the users configuration file in any way, so it is not possible to add, edit, or delete users through the API.
