Known Limitations
The following known limitations apply:

User settings migration to or from Microsoft Azure is not supported.

Azure user settings synchronization only works on machines with Azure AD membership.

Using Azure AD accounts to log into Workspace Control managed sessions is not possible when no connection to the Azure AD is established.

User settings in the Azure blob storage cannot be retrieved from within the Workspace Control Console or Composer.
However, user settings can be downloaded from the Azure portal.

Log into the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com/ and open the storage account resource.

From the left-side navigation menu, go to Storage Explorer > Blob Containers.

Select a blob container and then open the UserPref folder.

Click on a user preference setting from the list and then click on Download.

User settings in the Azure blob storage cannot be deleted from within the Workspace Control Console or Composer.
However, user settings can be deleted from the Azure portal.

When configuring the Bypass composer for accounts and groups feature, Azure AD is available only when using the Add option. Azure AD cannot be utilized to manually add users and groups when selecting the Add Manually option.
