Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are necessary before configuring Workspace Control with Azure capabilities:

• .NET Framework 4.7.2

• Enable TLS 1.2 for all machines with Console or Agent installed.

  Starting 2022, Microsoft stopped supporting protocols TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.0 for connecting to Azure. See How to enable TLS 1.2 on clients for setting up the machine to use TLS 1.2.

• Workspace Control 2020.0 (version 10.5.60.0) or a later version is installed on all Agents in your environment.

• The Console is updated to 2020.0 (version 10.5.60.0) or later.

• A valid Microsoft Azure subscription.

• One of the following types of Azure administrative roles:

  • Global administrator

  • Application administrator

  • Cloud application administrator
