Authorized Files

At Security > Authorized Files you can authorize files and folders in the user workspace, and view a list of all authorized files. Files and folders that are authorized on global level can be accessed by all users, but you can still maintain a high level of security in the user workspace by applying Access Control criteria and Workspace Control criteria to each global authorized file.

Before you authorize a file on global level, always consider if the user workspace is better protected if you authorize the file on application level.
