Gather Preliminary Information

Before continuing the Workspace Control configuration, several pieces of information are required. It is best to copy them into a TXT file.

The following values are used later during the configuration:

  • The tenant ID of the Azure tenant where the users reside.

  • The Web Service URL.

To copy the necessary information, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Azure portal menu from the top-left corner and select Azure Active Directory from the menu.

  2. From the Overview window, in the right-side pane, under Tenant Information, copy the value of the Tenant ID field to the TXT file.

  1. Open the Azure portal menu Portal menu button from the top-left corner and select App Services from the menu.

  2. Select the Web Service from the list.

    Enter the name of the Web Service in the search box to filter the list.

  3. From the right-side pane, under Essentials, copy the URL address.
