Downgrading

If a Workspace Control downgrade is required, Ivanti recommends to downgrade to the Workspace Control version that was used before the upgrade was performed.

Initial installations of Workspace Control cannot be downgraded to earlier versions. In such cases, they must be completely uninstalled before being able to install an earlier version of Workspace Control.

In case of Relay Servers the only solution to downgrade them is to uninstall the current Relay Server and re-install a previous version.
