CheckDisabledFolders

When Capture User Settings is set to Enabled under Composition > User Settings, default shell folders may be created even if the Disable Known Folders policy is set to Enabled in the Windows operating system.

The policy can be found in Windows, in the Local Group Policy Editor, under User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer.

Create the following string value to prevent Workspace Control from creating disabled known folders.
