Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be met before installing Ivanti Virtual Desktop Extender:

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 is included in the Ivanti VDX Installer.
Ivanti recommends using .NET 4.7 or later.
Consider the following:

To run the VDX Licensing Console after installing the VDX Admin Pack, a full install of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later is required.

VDX supports all editions of Ivanti Workspace Control, except Workspace Control Core.

VDX supports all infrastructures based on either RDP or ICA. When the VDX Engine runs on a Citrix server, the Citrix client software is required on all local clients.

VDX supports Microsoft RemoteFX.
