Managing Your Account

The My Account page allows you to print company barcodes, view the company ID and Avalanche server name, edit the company name and location, and view or edit the password configured for device authentication. When you change the device authentication password, the device will require a user to input the new password before the device will be able to connect to the Avalanche server. The password only needs to be entered once; after the Enabler connects to the server the first time, it continues to use the same password.

If you registered for Avalanche with Wavelink, view and edit billing information by clicking the Billing Information link on the My Account page. If you registered for Avalanche through a third party, contact them for billing information.

To change the device authentication password:

1   Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the Console.

The My Account page appears.

2   Click Edit.
3   Type the new password in the Device Authentication Password text box. Verify the change by typing the password again in the Confirm Password text box and click Save.

To print Company ID barcodes:

1   Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the Console.

The My Account page appears.

2   Click Print Barcodes.

The scanToConfig.pdf appears in your browser. You can print or save this file.

To access your billing information:

1   Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the Console.
2   Click Billing Information.

The billing page appears.
