Upgrading Licenses

Until December 31, 2018, Ivanti is offering free Avalanche 6.2.2 license upgrades to existing customers with active licenses. To be eligible, the licenses must not be expired. During the license upgrade process, any expired licenses will be cleared from the database.

Eligible Base license platforms and versions:

•Avalanche 5.3+

•Avalanche Smart Device 6.0+

•Avalanche Datalogic 5.3+

Eligible Maintenance license platforms and versions:

•Avalanche Maintenance 5.x+

•Avalanche Smart Device Maintenance 6.0+

•Avalanche Datalogic Maintenance 5.x+

To upgrade to 6.2 licenses:

1.From the Avalanche Console, click the red Free License Upgrade button.
A list of your eligible licenses appears.

2.Click the Upgrade button.

3.Click Confirm to begin the upgrade.

After the licenses are upgraded and you navigate away from the page, the Free License Upgrade button will no longer be available in the Avalanche Console.
