Managing Smart Device Logs
You can request device logs from Android Enterprise devices in your Avalanche inventory. Once the server receives logs from the device, the logs can be viewed or exported from the Avalanche console.
To request logs from a device
1.From the Avalanche Console Inventory tab, click the name of the device you want to retrieve logs from.
The Device Details page appears.
2.Click the Device logs button at the top of the page.
3.Click Request device log to retrieve logs from the device.
