Updating a Smart Device OS

If a smart device has downloaded an OS update payload or failed an upgrade attempt, initiate an OS update from the Avalanche Console.

To update a smart device from the Avalanche Console

1.From the Avalanche Console Inventory tab, click the name of the device you want to update.
The Device Details page appears.

2.Click the Update OS button at the top of the page.

You can also initiate an OS update from the Mobile Devices panel by selecting the check box to the left of the mobile device and clicking Update OS.
