Copying Software Packages
Copying software packages allows you to configure a software package just once and then copy it into all the profiles that require that package. You can only copy a software package from a profile that is at the same location or a parent location. For example:
If you want to be able to copy a package to Folder 1 and Folder 2, add the software package to a profile at Region 1. If you also want to be able to copy the package to folders in Region 2, add the software package to a profile at Clepsydra. You cannot copy a package from Folder 1 to Folder 2.
To check which profiles you can copy a package from, select the location in the Navigation Tree and click the Profiles tab. You can copy a package from any profile that is listed in the Applied Profiles panel or Available Profiles panel.
