Distributing Velocity Configuration Manifests
Use Avalanche and Velocity manifests to distribute Velocity configuration files to your Android Enterprise devices. A manifest contains information about where Velocity configuration files are located in the Avalanche Central File Store. When Velocity starts on a device, it reads the manifest and retrieves the indicated files from the Central File Store.
This process uses configuration files created in the Velocity console. Once the configuration files are created, the rest of the process takes place in the Avalanche console. For information about creating Velocity configurations, see Configuring Host Profiles in the Velocity user guide.
This process requires Android Enterprise and managed configurations. For more information, see Getting Started with Android Enterprise and Configuring Enterprise Apps.
