Wavelink Studio Application Alerts

During normal operations, mobile device users access applications without any knowledge of Wavelink Studio servers or components. However, if a problem occurs during a mobile device connection, the Wavelink Studio displays an error message on the mobile device. These error messages can assist you in locating and resolving the cause of the problem.

The following table displays the alerts:

General App Error

This error occurs when the server attempts to run a Java application and gets an exception. Because a wide variety of issues might cause this error, you should consult your server log files for additional information.

Unable to create application

This error occurs when the server attempts to run a Win32 application and is unable to execute the process. Because a wide variety of issues might cause this error, you should consult your server log files for additional information.

User Limit Reached!

This error occurs when the server has run out of licenses and cannot accept another connection.

Connection Refused by Host!

This error occurs when the server refuses the new connection (usually because it is out of licenses).
