If you enable the When Sessions Connects option, the script activates when the host profile it supports is activated.
If you use this option, Wavelink strongly recommends that you limit the script to the appropriate host profiles. Because the script activates before any information appears on the emulation screen, you need to have your script wait for the appropriate screen to appear before activates. You should not have more than one script set to start when a session connects because the first script that starts will prevent any other scripts from running while it waits for the initial screen.
