Viewing form submissions

After a form has been created, devices running the Velocity Client can load and submit the form to Ivanti Neurons. Form submissions can be viewed by Ivanti Neurons users with the View and export form submissions permission.

The Submissions table on the Forms details page shows one column for each of the elements in the form, except for photo elements which are all combined into a single Photos column. If elements are added or removed from the published form, the columns in the Submissions table are updated to match what is currently in the form. Although a column may no longer show in the Submissions table because the element has been deleted, the data is retained and can still be viewed in the submission details.

To view form submissions

1.Navigate to Supply Chain Intelligence > Forms.

2.Select the name of the form.

3.On the Form Details page, the submission data is in the Submissions table.

•To view the details of a specific submission, select the timestamp link in the Date submitted column.

•To sort the data by column, select the column header you want to sort by.
