To access the Console, you will need:
| • | An Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. |
| • | An Internet connection between the Avalanche On Demand server and the computer where you will be using the Console. |
| • | Each user who will use the Console to configure software packages must have a JRE installed. |
| • | Each user who will upload software packages, e-mail lists, or floorplan images must have the latest version of a Flash browser plug-in. |
If you forget your password, you can use the link on the User Login page to send a password reset e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your Avalanche user account.
To access the Console from a web browser:
| 1 | In the address field of your browser, type: |
https://www.avalancheondemand.com/AvalancheWeb/
The User Login page appears.
| 2 | Enter your Login and Password. |
| 3 | Click Connect. |
If your computer can contact the Enterprise Server and your credentials are valid, the Console appears.
