File Director for Users

File Director has clients for Windows, Apple Mac and mobile devices (iPad and iPhone). When a network connection is available, the clients synchronize your local folder and let you access files through your File Director folder.

If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, contact your IT Support department.

You can usually restore them from your Trash or Recycle Bin. If that fails, contact your network administrator who may keep a backup of your home folder.

You can save any file on your computer to your File Director folder and download it to your device. File Director's internal viewer on iOS devices opens text and image files. To open other file types, you must have an appropriate app installed on your device. If you are having difficulties opening a file in another app, it may be that your organization has restricted this behavior.
