Client-side auditing
The following Windows Event messages may be useful when investigating client-side errors. Event messages can be found in the Windows Application Event logs.

An owner rule has evaluated incorrectly due to failed lookup of account name. For example, where issues exist with the domain user account or the domain lookup. |

An error occurred while parsing the configured scan rules. For example, if the syntax for the expression used for the scan rules is incorrect. |
