Add or update manufacturer information here.

Getting There

Many manufacturers are already defined in the Cherwell Software Identification Database (CSID). Manufacturer information is sometimes included with the properties of license units and other assets, depending on what information is available when the license unit or asset is configured. You can add manufacturers to this list, or change a listed manufacturer. Once a manufacturer is listed, you can specify that a license unit or asset is from a specific manufacturer by opening that item's Properties dialog box.

To add a manufacturer:

• Click New and enter the appropriate information in the New Manufacturer dialog box.

To change an already-defined manufacturer:

1. Select it from the list and select Change.
2. Make your changes in the Change Manufacturer dialog box.
