How to Delete Users
To delete users from the Users panel, do one of the following:
- Select the user(s), right-click your selection, and select Delete.
- Select the user(s) and select Delete.
- Move the user(s) to the Deleted users folder in the left pane.
The user(s) you deleted now appear in the Deleted users folder. You can permanently remove users from the Deleted users folder by selecting them and selecting Delete, or by right-clicking your selection and selecting Delete. You can also right-click the Deleted users folder and select Empty "Deleted users" folder to permanently remove all deleted users.
To delete users and permanently remove them from the
Deleted users folder in one step, hold down the
Shift key when you select
Delete or move users to the
Deleted users folder.
