How to Ignore Remote Usage Data

You can have Cherwell Asset Management ignore usage data from machines that are connected to your network via a terminal or Citrix server. See Agent Options Advanced Tab for more information and an example of when doing so is useful.

To ignore this remote usage data:

1. Select Machine > Agent Options .
2. In the Agent Options dialog box, select the Advanced tab.
3. Select Ignore remote usage through terminal server.
4. Click OK.
