Failed Agent-self Upgrade

In most cases, this message indicates that the agent self-upgrade feature was not completely set up, or that the machine is not pointing to the correct location for the necessary files. See How to Set Up the Agent Self-upgrade Feature for detailed steps to follow, and then verify that you haven't pointed to an inaccessible network share or an incorrect version of the agent installation package.

After you correct the problem and the correct, upgraded version of the agent installation package is available, the machine will begin the self-upgrade process at its next heartbeat.
