Problems Uninstalling the CAM Agent

If you run into problems completely uninstalling the CAM Agent (Cherwell Asset Management Agent still shows up in Add/Remove Programs, and/or the agent tries to install itself over and over again when you attempt to execute a program), there may be an issue with MSI or InstallShield. Also note that local administrative rights are required in order to uninstall the agent. This topic describes three ways to resolve this issue, in the order that you should try them.
