How to Change Which Access Profile Is Applied to One or More Orders

Access profiles control who has access to orders in Purchasing. You can apply access profiles to specific orders.

To change which access profile is applied to one or more orders:

  1. From the CAM Purchasing console, select Administration > Order Administration.
  2. Select an access profile from the list in the right pane. The pane updates to show all orders applied to the selected access profile.
  3. Check the box(es) next to the order(s) you want to change, and select Change selected orders.
  4. In the Change Access Profile dialog box that opens, select another access profile and select OK.
