Browser Client Knowledge

Browser Client Knowledge functionality is limited to Knowledge Articles. Users can create Knowledge Articles, search for Knowledge Articles, and use internal Knowledge sources to solve issues.

Managing and mapping Knowledge is currently unavailable in the CSM Browser Client.
